We understand that it can be a worry to leave your dog with us for a few hours, but rest assured that we will try to make it a fun for the dog as possible, or as gentle as they need it to be, but always with the confident stride that dogs need in order to feel safe with us.
Coat condition is vital in deciding what kind of hair style they get. We will do our best to give you the style you desire but if the dogs coat is matted there may be no option than to clip it all off and start again. We will however determine what you need going forward in order to prevent it happening again, and don’t feel embarrassed, it happens to everyone.
